미호성형외과 MIHO Plastic Surgery

こんにちは！私のカウンセリングと治療の経験をここで共有したいと思います。私はアメリカに住んでいて、休暇中にソウルへ行きました。 私の目標は、目を大きく開いて、よりすっきりとした印象に見せるための非切開まぶたの手術でした。また、ほうれい線と顔全体のボリュームが気になっていたので、脂肪注入も検討しました。 クリニックを決める前に、ソウルの3つのクリニックに相談し、意見や推奨事項を比較しました。 最後のカウンセリングは、ケビンさんのアシスタントを務めるユン・ジョンウォン先生に受けました。実は2022年にここで鼻の整形手術を受けたので、もう一度先生の意見を聞きたかったのです。カウンセリングは正直で押し付けがましくなく、とてもありがたかったです。ユン先生は、眼瞼下垂の矯正と非切開まぶたの手術は良い候補だとおっしゃいましたが、以前スカルプトラとフィラーを使ったことがあるため、脂肪注入は勧めませんでした。ケビンさんは、糸リフトのデメリットについても説明し、私の場合はお勧めしないと言いました。 結局、切開を伴わないまぶたの手術と眼瞼下垂矯正、テンサーマ/リフテラ、リジュラン（4cc）、そしてフィラー溶解療法を受けました。 まだ回復中ですが、今のところ目は自然でありながら、より大きく、リフレッシュした印象になり、まさに私が目指していた通りです。 参考までに、トリミングしたビフォーアフター写真を添付し​​ました。1枚目は術前、下の写真が術後23日目です。

I’ve always felt that my nostrils were wide ever since I was young, and I kept thinking that I should fix it someday. About three years ago, I had nose tip surgery at another clinic instead of alar reduction. However, while the tip was lifted, the part that bothered me the most, my nostrils, didn’t improve at all. After that, I found myself going back and forth about it for years. Then I heard that MIHO is especially well known for alar reduction, so I decided to get a consultation. During the consultation, everything about the surgical method and expected results was explained in detail, and that gave me enough confidence to schedule the surgery right away without any more hesitation. Right after the surgery, my nose looked a bit pinched and lifted, which honestly made me a little nervous. But as the swelling has gone down day by day, it’s been settling into a much more natural shape. My biggest concern was whether alar reduction would make it hard to breathe, but I haven’t had any discomfort at all. I can breathe normally, and there’s been no issue with my daily life. Watching my nostrils change little by little each day has really put my mind at ease, and I even find myself feeling happier when taking photos. My surgery was done by Dr. Yoon Seok-ho, and I’m personally very satisfied with how natural it looks: not overdone at all, just like my original nose.
